ALPINE SHOWER & BATH OIL: use in the shower as an alternative to traditional shower gels, or pour 30–50 ml into warm bath water, mixing until the water turns milky. After bathing, wrap yourself in a warm towel and let the product be absorbed by the skin.

BODY BRUSH: you can use the brush dry, locally or all over the body. Movements should be slow and continuous, with the brush held at a slight angle, allowing the bristles to gently caress the skin for a soothing, irritation-free experience.
