Apply sunscreen evenly to the face and body, preferably 20 minutes before sun exposure. It is recommended to reapply
every two hours, especially after swimming, heavy sweating, sports activities, or towel drying. Avoid sun exposure during the hottest hours of the day and combine sunscreen use with additional protective measures such as a hat, sunglasses, and suitable clothing. Avoid contact with the eyes; in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
